Beowa & Bournda National Parks, Merimbula
A short drive from town
Two national parks bookend the coast either side of Merimbula. Beowa National Park (formerly Ben Boyd) protects rugged headlands and quiet beaches to the south, while Bournda National Park stretches north toward Tathra past lakes and paperbark forests. Both are easy, uncrowded escapes from town.
What to expect
